Access to the SAAI Suite platform, including ServiceScanAI, FormifyPro, ComplainAI, TaskflowDigitizerAI, and ServiceOCRPro, is governed by separate subscription agreements. Key terms include:

• Subscription: Platform access requires an active subscription. Pricing and terms are defined in your service agreement.
• Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. Sensfix processes your data solely to provide the requested services.
• Service Level: Specific uptime guarantees and support terms are defined in your service level agreement (SLA).
• AI Models: Our proprietary AI models, including 42+ defect detection models, remain the exclusive property of Sensfix. Model outputs provided to you are licensed for use within your operations.
• Integrations: Third-party integrations (IoT sensors, camera systems, ERP connectors) are subject to additional terms from the respective providers.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, AI models, algorithms, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Sensfix Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Sensfix name, logo, SAAI Suite, ServiceScanAI, FormifyPro, ComplainAI, TaskflowDigitizerAI, and ServiceOCRPro are trademarks of Sensfix Inc.. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SENSFIX INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• (i) Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
• (ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
• (iii) Any content obtained from the services;
• (iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our website.

Sensfix Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Any legal matters related to corporate governance shall be subject to Delaware law.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
