Sensfix has been named one of the top 50 technology start-ups at the TiE50 awards, recognizing the best technology and technology-enabled companies. Sensfix CEO was honored to received the award from Eric Yuan, CEO fo Zoom.
The applications are rigorously reviewed by a panel of judges including venture capitalists, angels, successful entrepreneurs, and corporate executives. Scoring is based on assessment of a startup’s IP, business model, and team. Participating technology startups benefit from significant exposure to venture capitalists, angels, entrepreneurs, online virtual showcasing, and technology and business partnering/networking.
TiE50 is TiE Silicon Valley’s main yearly awards program, which attracts thousands of early to mid-stage entrepreneurs from across the world. Participating in the awards program, startups gain valuable exposure to venture capitalists, angel investors, and entrepreneurs, as well as the ability to display their technologies in virtual displays, and to connect with potential partners. For the past 27 years, TiE has been assisting entrepreneurs from all over the world by fostering creativity and transferring breakthrough ideas from the lab to the marketplace. 84 percent of the TiE50 program winners have received combined funding in excess of a billion dollars, with several exceeding $100 million.
