Sensfix was invited to join the 5PRING Accelerator focused on supporting 5G-based innovations as one of 11 startups from the manufacturing sector that will get access to a 5G private network in Birmingham, technical support to test 5G use cases, and to develop proof of concepts. The program is led by Digital Catapult in collaboration with program partners Wayra, O2, Deloitte, and WM5G. As a part of the program, Sensfix will also receive mentoring from partner companies including, West Midlands 5G, BAE Systems, BAM Nuttall Ltd, Make UK, CELSA Group, DENSO, AE Aerospace Ltd., AttoCore, and Building Research Establishment Ltd.

The West Midlands Government of the UK set up a 5G cluster partnering with Telefonica Group and Nokia, and Telefonica Group invited Sensfix to speak to a group of UK corporations to explore the possibility of rolling out our factory automation software on 5G connected facilities. Sensfix took this opportunity to augment its 5G connected factory thought leadership and position in the market having already positioned itself as a first mover startup in another 5G cluster in Europe lead by Ericsson.
